We've sent t-shirts, hoodies and mugs all over the world, and assuming the continued accuracy of the scales at the Asda Pontprennau Post Office, it's surprisingly cheap to do so.

Standard airmail is just £3 per t-shirt and it costs £7 to send a hoodie worldwide, so if you are wanting to have a tee or hoodie despatched to you or a friend or family member in an exotic location, please pay for the extra postage using the form below.

For other items, such as mugs, please drop us an email.

After you buy using PayPal
Once you purchase from our online store using PayPal, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming your order. This acts as your reciept of payment to us too. We will not send you a separate email as we don't want to needlessly fill up your inbox.

We all make mistakes...
Need to make a change to an order you have placed? No problem. If you are concerned about your order or need to alter it or the delivery address, just drop us a line on the ol' email. If we've yet to despatch it we will do everything we can to help.

Change of heart?
A "No Fuss" returns policy

We're confident you'll be happy with your I Loves The 'Diff product, but we offer customers a full refund on unwanted items returned to us in pristine condition within 15 days of your receiving goods.

If an item reaches you damaged or faulty, we'll swap it for a new one and pay the postage for the item to be returned. (Please email us first to let us know.) If your garment doesn't fit, do get in touch - we can sort something out, no hassle. We even do doorstep swaps within Cardiff. We don't think we can say fairer than that, like.

Is it a surprise?
Our parcels sometimes carry the I Loves The 'Diff logo or other promotional decal on the postage sticker.

So, iIf you're buying an item as a surprise gift for someone with whom you live, let us know in the 'instructions to seller' box upon check-out, and then we'll know not to give the game away.

The majority of orders are mailed standard First Class within 4 days, however please allow 14 days before you start to panic just in case the Royal Mail is on a go-slow or we happen to be out of stock of a particular size or item.

If time is of the essence and you need your I Loves The 'Diff product in a hurry, just email us and we can discuss a hand delivery (if you're in the 'Diff) or arranging Special Delivery.
